ADDING a job saves the job in your My Right Brain Account. Only you will be able to see it. POSTING a job makes it live on RightBrainResource.com's job board for candidates to search.
You may ADD as many jobs to your account as you like without making them live on the job board. It is free to add jobs to your account. You may ADD the job to your account without posting it to the board.
When you are ready to POST a job to Right Brain's job board, you must purchase a space on the board (a job posting). The 45 days your job is active begin when you POST your job. The job can then be seen by jobseekers.

Q. Why do you recommend showing my company name?
Your name is your brand, and you will get a better response from your posting if you include your company name. Candidates in this industry take a lot of pride from working at top-name agencies and companies. Keep your personal contact information private to reduce unwanted calls and emails, but use your company name when possible to draw the best professionals.
Q. Why does it ask for a Job Title and then make me pick the Industry/Discipline/Job Title from a form?
The "Job Title" is what will be displayed on the Job Board and everywhere else the job is marketed. The Industry/Discipline/Job Title classification helps us better market your job to visitors who have selected from the same menu options in their profiles and job searches. If the job title is not an exact match, choose the closest one to the types of people you would like to see your job posting.
Q. What if I do not want to reveal the salary?
When you post a job description, enter "0" in each field for the salary range. The word "commensurate" will appear in the listing in lieu of the specific salary for the position.
