Q. How long will it take me to open my Right Brain Account?
Less than a minute. However, get the most out of RightBrainResource.com by taking the next step and posting your résumé. This takes about 5 minutes, if your résumé is currently handy. Simply upload your résumé in a Word document or text file format and fill in your search preferences.

Q. What if I am not currently looking for a job?
Not managing your career because you are not "currently" looking for a job is like saying, "I'm not about to retire, so why would I need to think about my retirement?" You might not be retiring soon, but waiting until your 55th birthday before you start to plan for retirement is unwise. The same is true with your career: don't wait until your career is suffering before you manage your career. Regardless of whether you ever need career help, having and keeping established relationships with a network of trusted professionals of all types is wise.

Q. Will an employer ever see my résumé?
If you do not make your résumé searchable, then no. The only time an employer would ever see your résumé is if he posted a job, and you applied. If your resume is set as searchable, it will be viewable and searchable by all employers. You can also have up to five résumés attached to your profile.
Q. What is the difference between Confidential and Searchable?
