History

Right Brain Resource, LLC is a professional staffing agency founded by Dan Garriott in 2004.

Dan has worked as a designer for several companies and agencies around Portland. "I know how difficult it can be to find work and I know how hard it can be for companies to find good people."

After working for many years as a designer Dan took a job as an art director for a large local insurance company. "While working as an art director I gained experience managing a department. Finding the right person can be a challenge."

It was during this time Dan received an opportunity to work as a recruiter for one of Portland's largest creative staffing agencies. "Working as a recruiter has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. There is no feeling in the world quite like finding someone a job."

His combined experience as a designer as well as a recruiter eventually brought Dan to starting his own staffing agency. "I started Right Brain Resource because I wanted to help people find great jobs. I know what it?s like to be on both sides of the employment fence and I enjoy helping companies with their staffing needs. It's very rewarding."
