I can’t say that if you have never see the PORTLAND ADULT SOAPBOX DERBY you should. I also can’t say that if you have never seen an episode of Jackass you should (for they are about the same).  BUT I can say that you have not truly experienced Portland at it’s finest until you have seen the PORTLAND ADULT SOAPBOX DERBY.
