WANTED: Senior Flash Developer with solid Actionscript (AS3) skills (Bellevue, WA)
Duration: 3-month+ contract
The Senior Flash Developer will receive Design Concepts and Wireframes and engineer them into solid and dynamic Web Deployments.

Core Accountabilities:
• Engineer embryonic Flash designs into lean and mean SWFs
• Invent custom Actionscript (AS3) functions, methods and objects
• Refine timeline sequences into scripted routines
• Interface Actionscript with Javascript and XML
• Integrate usability concerns and accessibility enhancements
• Style and Code non-Flash content
• Write concise and dependable Javascript
• Collaborate with usability team to obtain insight into customer goals and behavior.
• Lead and mentor design team in use of Flash techniques. Serve as a resident expert on Flash development and technical integration of Flash applications.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Expert-level technical skills in Strict HTML 4.01 , Javascript and Yahoo U1 Framework , Flash Actionscript 2.0+, Adobe Creative Suite 3, CSS 2.0+, XML/RSS
• Appreciation for Web Standards and Accessibility
• Excellent understanding of the DOM
• Demonstrated ability to program complex Flash web sites; other programming experience helpful. Portfolio of Flash design and development work required.
• Strong, demonstrated understanding of innovative, user-centered interface and information design. Thorough understanding of dynamic content, .NET and web server technology. Knowledge of web design principles and technology, and design constraints on the web. Knowledge of browser compatibility issues. Visual design skills a plus.
• Solid experience developing dynamic, Flash-based customer experiences in an E-Commerce or other consumer-oriented business.
